- Orders will be fulfilled once payment is received.
4. Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary depending on location.
- You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
- We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred during shipment.
5. Returns and Exchanges
All items in my shop are made to order, so returns and exchanges can be tricky.
While a few items are eligible for exchanges (clearly stated at the bottom of the item description), the majority of products are not. This largely depends on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer sewing the item. If an issue arises, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to find a solution. Most times, something can be worked out.
If the issue involves a fault in printing, damage, or a lost item in transit:
- I can offer a replacement.
- Please attach a picture of the faulty item when you message me.
For items sent to the wrong address due to buyer error:
- If returned to the printing company, some manufacturers may allow an exchange, but this is not guaranteed. The buyer will need to cover the shipping costs for resending the item.
Shipping delays: Please keep in mind that shipping times may be affected by your local post office or customs, which is out of my control.
